Mentorship Planning Committee – Deadline November 25
MRPA and MRPF are working together to redesign the existing mentorship program for Minnesota parks and recreation professionals. We are seeking members to serve on a small development committee that will recommend a framework for the program, including goals and structure, mentor and mentee participation and matching, training and resources, expectations, evaluation, and long-term sustainability.

We welcome perspectives from people at all career stages, including those who have participated as mentors or mentees and those who have developed or administered programs. We anticipate that most committee meetings will be held virtually to support participation from across Minnesota.

Applications will be reviewed by the MRPA/MRPF working group on December 10 at 3:00 p.m., with recommendations to both boards at their December meetings.
