This session is dedicated to exploring the innovative ideas and fresh perspectives from the leaders who are shaping the future of parks and recreation and communities in Minnesota. In this moderated, panel discussion attendees will hear directly from some of the state’s prominent young professionals who are all redefining leadership and strategic planning with their bold visions and next practice approaches.
Participants will learn comprehensive approach to understanding the dynamics that cause and maintain poverty, from the individual to the systemic level. This training will provide concrete tools and strategies for a community to prevent, reduce, and alleviate poverty. It also will assist community organizations, social service agencies, employers, and individuals in gaining insight and strategies to ultimately create stability for all.
