The seminar’s morning will start at Frogtown Community Center and include information on funding sources, terminology, how bills are passed and more. Participants will then drive to the Capitol complex (five minutes away) for a walking tour of the grounds and buildings. Attendees will also have an opportunity to observe Three Rivers Park District’s Day on the Hill. Lunch is provided.
